Our 90-Day Guarantee
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, you have 90 days from delivery to let us know, including on sale items.

Wrong size?
Email us and we’ll send you a different size for free. No need to send the first one back.

Not happy for any other reason?
Email us and tell us what went wrong. We’ll give you the choice of keeping the item with a partial refund, or returning it for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. No return needed.

How to start
Email info@moonmama.store with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back, since items returned without a request can’t be processed.

Cancellations and changes
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, your order is already being prepared. You can still change the size, color or address before it ships.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EU customers
You also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
