There's the slow glow of pregnancy, the full moon of your last weeks, the eclipse of the day your baby arrives, and the long twilight of newborn nights. Each phase changes your body, your days and what you need from the clothes you live in.
Too much of what's made for this season feels like an afterthought: scratchy hospital gowns, nursing bras that give up after a few washes, maternity pieces nobody actually wants to wear.
So we made the pieces we believe every mother deserves, and named each one after the moon that has kept mothers company for as long as there have been mothers.
Moon Mama started with something I kept hearing from moms, over and over: the things made for pregnancy and postpartum felt like an afterthought.
